You will learn the mindset of a successful investor. This includes understanding the ultimate pattern that drives most of our investment decision, the importance of quality, the misconception of diversification and counter-intuitive truth about probability in the real world.

Week 2 Saturday: Technical Analysis: A Good Time

You will the secret of entering into stocks at a discount of 20% or more. This week includes building up your stock list, setting up your chart and getting best free charting tool. You will gain a new understanding of technical analysis and understand the 4 techniques to identify a bottom. This is a step by step module where I provide 15 to 20 examples for each technique.

For all the modules after this, I always include 10 to 20 examples help accelerate your understanding

Week 2 Sunday: Make sure it’s a great stock: News and Insider analysis

You will learn the key problem with news investing is... you are always late to the market. You will learn about how to think about news and how to use news to your advantage which makes you 3 to 6 months ahead of other investors. You will also learn how to observe the movement of upper management. You will find out how to see whether the CEO, CFO, CMO, board of directors are buying or selling the stock. This is one of the greatest secret weapon to making sure you are 95% confident in your investment.

Week 3 Saturday: Make sure it’s a great stock: Financial and Ratio Analysis

I break down two of the most complicated and easily manipulated concepts in the market for you - financial statements and valuation ratios. You will learn how to go through a set of financial statements in 30 minutes of less, like an Accounting Partner at a firm. You will learn what's important and what to ignore. For valuation ratios, you will learn why and how management keeps manipulating the ratios. You will learn about the other common ratios and how to use them to help you make a good investment decision.

Week 3 Sunday: Double your money: Stocks Options

Once you are 95% confident in your investment approach, you will learn the power leverage using stock options. I will breakdown the difficult concept of stock options and use a new lens to look at this tool - stock options. You will learn how to use stock options in a conservative manner which protects your portfolio. I also included step by step videos which teaches you how to buy a stock option.

Week 4 Saturday: Exit: A Good Profit and Habits of a successful investor

You will learn how to exit at a target profit of 30% or more. I will also provide you with more details on how to become continually successful as a long term investor

Week 5: Bonus chapters

I have included a few bonus chapters which will enhance your ability and understanding as an investor. This allows you to weather some extreme situation such as market crash and more.

Week 6: Monthly passive income

As you step closer to retirement, you will look for a more predictable monthly passive income. This can be achieved with options using covered calls and selling puts. The target is 30% per year as well (3% per month). You will also learn when to use a more advance tax structure to reduce taxes.

Yes, this program is designed for people who have little to zero financial background. From the results above, you will notice that people who has never invested before can generate profitable results from the market.

As for how much investment is required, some of my students start with $10K to $15K. This can range based on how much you want to allocate your portfolio. My portfolio is much bigger now. But when I first started, I only started with $3K. You will learn about portfolio allocation in Investing Accelerator.

The format will be an online membership program and a Facebook community. You will be able to watch each lesson multiple times online. More importantly, you will be able to learn from other investors within the Q&A calls. I will be going through different stocks, concerns, questions on a weekly basis. The entire program is condensed and can be learned in one day.

The program is approximately 16 hours. Once you have gone through the program, it will take around 5 to 10 minutes to check in the market. When you notice an opportunity, I recommend spending 1 hour to do a deep dive. Once you are fully invested, you can be very laid back and spend only 1-2 hours per week to monitor the market.

Most students usually find an opportunity and place their first trade in the first 2 months. As we are long term investors, you will start seeing results in your first year. But more importantly, you will be very excited about your results in the next 5 years. Investing is a lifelong journey and wealth increases exponentially over time.

There is definitely risk associated with investing in the stock market. You will experience risk when you are investing in mutual funds and EFTs too. The difference is now how much risk you are comfortable with. In Investing Accelerator, you will learn the most important aspects of risk management and portfolio management. ● that if you violate, or display any likelihood of violating, any of your agreements contained in this paragraph the Company and/or the other Program participant(s) will be entitled to injunctive relief to prohibit any such violations to protect against the harm of such violations.

3. Interactive Features

It is a condition of your use of the Site and participation in the Program that you do not:

As the client your use of and access to the Program Materials “program” is on a licensed basis. The “company” hereby grants to you and you hereby accept the non-exclusive right, license and privilege to use. As the license is granted directly to you, there is no authorization to sublicense to any other individual and/or company.

As the client you will continue to have lifetime open access to the Alumni Program “client portal”. The Alumni Program includes and not limited to, program portal, Facebook groups, weekly and monthly webinars.

You agree to:

(a) constantly use your best efforts in the use of the Program Materials in a way to protect the good name and goodwill associated with the Program Material and Company.

(b) not to attack the title of Company in and to the Program Material nor attack the validity of the license granted hereunder;

(c) not harm, misuse or bring into disrepute the Program Material and Company, but to the contrary, will maintain the value and reputation thereof to the best of your ability;

(d) at all times comply with all applicable government laws and regulations, and all voluntary industry standards relating or pertaining to the use of the Programs and Materials, and shall maintain appropriate customary high-quality standards. You shall also abide by Company’s suggestions and specifications regarding quality control over the use of the Program Material.

The license granted herein does not grant you any right, title or interest, at law or in equity, in or to any of Company’s trademarks, service marks, copyrights, copyrighted material, or any derivative uses thereof or, the name or images of Eric Seto, trade secrets or other rights or intellectual property of any kind, except as provided by said license. Further, such license applies only to those Program Material designated herein. You shall not represent to others, or conduct yourself in any manner that might indicate to others, that you possess any other legal or equitable rights in our Program Material, Trademarks, copyrighted materials, trade secrets or other rights or intellectual property of any kind other than by virtue of the license granted hereunder.

Company shall have the right to approve all uses of the Program Material or derivative uses thereof.

Company shall have and hereby reserves all rights and remedies which it has, or which are granted to it by operation of law, to enjoin the unlawful or unauthorized use of the Program Material (any of which injunctive relief may be sought in the courts, and also may be sought prior to or in lieu of termination), and to be compensated for damages for breach of this Agreement.

This agreement entitles you to install and use one copy of the Program Material. Multiple copy uses or installation is only allowed if you obtain an appropriate licensing agreement for each user and each copy of the Program Material. Without first obtaining the express written consent of Eric Seto, you may not assign your rights and obligations under this Agreement, or redistribute, encumber, sell, rent, lease or sublicense or otherwise transfer your rights to the Program Material.

You may not decompile “reverse-engineer”, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code for the Program Material.

You may not modify the Program Material or create any derivative work of the Program Material or its accompanying documentation. Derivative works include but are not limited to translations. You may not alter any files or libraries in any portion of the Program Material. You may not reproduce the database portion or create any tables or reports relating to the Program Material.

You may not copy any part of the Program Material except to the extent that licensed use.

7. Dispute Resolution

1. All disputes arising under or concerning this Agreement are to be submitted to binding arbitration, in Hong Kong, China, to be resolved in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.

You may only resolve disputes with us on an individual basis, and may not bring a claim as a plaintiff or a class member in a class, consolidated, or representative action. Class arbitrations, class actions, private attorney general actions, and consolidation with other arbitrations aren't allowed.

The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a class or representative proceeding or claims (such as a class action, consolidated action or private attorney general action) unless all relevant parties specifically agree to do so following initiation of the arbitration.
